Daily rates in US dollars are based on European Plan, and are subject to a hotel accommodation tax, currently at 7%, and resort fee, currently at 10%. Rates apply to a single or double occupancy. $95 additional charge per night for third person 12 years of age or older in all rooms (plus tax and resort fee). Rates, tax and resort fees are subject to change without notice.

CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome at the resort. There is no charge for one child 11 years old or under staying in parents' room. For children staying in parents' room, there is a taxable $95 charge for a rollaway bed. Cribs for infants are available complimentary but must be requested at time of booking. The resort offers a second adjoining Ocean Cottage or Rosewood Junior Suite for children accompanying their parents at 50% off the daily room rate through Dec. 17, 2010; not applicable to packages).

Our Children's Grove offers supervised activities for children ages 3 to 12 on a complimentary basis in the daytime and for a nominal charge in the evening.

Children's menus are available in the Beach Grill for lunch and in the Pavilion for dinner or through room Service. The Sugar Mill restaurant welcomes children 12 years and older only.

GROUP RATES

MEAL PLAN OPTIONS
Modified American Plan (MAP) = breakfast & dinner. $110 per person, per day
Full American Plan (FAP) = breakfast, lunch & dinner. $140 per person, per day
A 18% gratuity is added. Plans are 50% off for children 5 to 11 years old, and no charge for children 4 and under. We ask that parents and children be on the same plan.

TAX, RESORT FEES & GRATUITIES
Daily rates are subject to a 7% hotel accommodation tax and a 10% resort fee. This resort fee covers gratuities for hotel staff and resort services such as property shuttles, resort-furnished watersports and Internet access in the Business Center. An 18% gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
Rooms, villas and package reservations require a three-night deposit to confirm. All deposits must be received at time of booking. Room, villa and package deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 28 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 28 days of arrival date require a credit card to secure and confirm. Deposit checks should note guest name and confirmation number and be made payable to Little Dix Bay, P.O. Box 671015, Dallas TX 75267-1015. Minimum-stay requirements and special deposit and cancellation policies apply to the end-of-year holiday period. Please contact the resort for complete details. Travel insurance is recommended to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.

Weekly package is based on seven-night stay; early departure is subject to surcharge for activities and services. For reservations falling over the Christmas/New Years period, special minimum stay requirements and deposit and cancellation policies apply.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.

DRESS CODE
During the daytime, a cover-up and footwear are appropriate in the dining room and public areas. After sunset, in the Pavilion gentlemen may wear dress shorts, a collared shirt and open shoes. Shorts, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and beach sandals are not permitted. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire. During the winter season, from Christmas until Easter, we ask that gentlemen wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. At the Sugar Mill, throughout the year, gentlemen are required to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. Jackets and ties are not necessary. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire.
