One of our most popular and decadent treatments begins with an exfoliation using luscious Pineapple Papaya Enzyme Scrub. Next, you are wrapped in an Organic Sea Enzyme Mask which contains aloe and ginger root to detoxify and green tea, a powerful antioxidant. As this nourishing mask penetrates the skin, your scalp is massaged with warm Coconut Kukui Oil. Healing Waters
This firming, detoxifying exfoliation and wrap treatment uses the re-mineralizing powers of mineral mud, ancient sea extracts and aromatherapy oils. After exfoliation, you are wrapped in a mud mask to counteract fluid buildup. Organic Fruit Scrub & Wrap

Spa Etiquette & Policies

Arrivals Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities and to have consultation time with your therapist. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.

Cancellations Please allow at least 12 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatment to avoid a charge of 50%. No shows are charged at full treatment rate.

Children Young adults over the age of 16 are welcome to visit the spa and fitness center.

Etiquette Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration to other spa guests, please switch off mobile phones and, if at all possible, do not bring phones to the spa. The spa is a non-smoking zone. And, we ask that voices are kept subdued.

Health Please assist us by informing us of any health issues, allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.

In-Suite Treatments The spa offers in-suite massages. A surcharge of 20% will apply for any in-room treatment.

Jewelry We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the spa premises.

Pregnancy We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time.

Spa Amenities On arrival you will be supplied with a bathrobe and sandals as well as a locker for your clothing and personal belongings. You will also find ample soft cotton towels throughout the spa area. Additional spa amenities such as deodorants, sanitary napkins, hair styling products and razors are available. Disposable underwear is provided for all body treatments.

Spa & Fitness Hours All guests have complimentary access to the resort's state-of-the-art fitness facilities located adjacent to the tennis courts from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. The spa is open for treatments from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. Facilities include men's and ladies' locker rooms, a two-tier infinity pool, hot tub and yoga deck. We recommend scheduling treatments well in advance to ensure availability and preferred appointment times.

Outside Guests Appointments for outside guests are accepted at the spa for treatments. Credit card and contact details are required at the time of reservation to guarantee external bookings.
